• Senior backend engineers with experience in payment rails — ACH, NACHA, card processing, money-movement state machines.
• Frontend engineers who care about forms, tables, and accuracy — pay-apps, AR aging, cash forecasts.
• Mobile engineers for offline-capable field T&M and quote capture.
• Construction veterans — controllers, AR clerks, lien attorneys, AIA pay-app specialists — who want to leave the job site and build the tool.
• Implementation engineers for design-partner installs, especially in the US Sun Belt.

How we work

• Remote-first, async by default. We overlap a few hours a day and write everything down.
• Small team, flat hierarchy, opinionated code review.
• Ship boring, durable software. We pick the boring stack on purpose.
